What is EFT? How Does it work?

​

It is a simple, highly effective technique which releases negative energy from the body.



Emotional Freedom Therapy is a form of energy psychology refined from TFT, or 'Thought Field Therapy'.

​

EFT utilises tapping procedures at different energy points, or 'meridian sites', along with verbal and mental imaging to resolve energy disruptions in the body that produce negative emotions and resulting physical ailments.



The technique helps release self-sabotaging beliefs which prevent the mind going forward and beginning to heal.

​

It is generally quite gentle and effective on a variety of issues, both emotional and physical.



Even better, the individual learns the technique and is encouraged to use it on his/her own self, as the need arises, making it a fantastic form of therapy to use and learn yourself.
